Update
Well to make a slight update... I moved and we're moving again. All of my cooking and bento items are packed in the garage except for a few boxes that I pack for school. Reason being we have the house staged, and my parents feel that it's not necessary to have them in the house right now. Also with my schedule this semester, I don't have as much time to spend. That's why there hasn't been any posts. My bentos for school, are not as creative as I would like and I haven't posted them for that reason. I will try to post something soon... maybe not a bento, but maybe something creative and cute. I only have two amazing followers, and that's fine. I just didn't want them or anyone else to think that I abandoned my blog.
The bentos I make for school are in two tier boxes, and are more creative than the other one tier ones I've been making for my mom. Speaking of which she just started a new job, so if I have the time I will make her lunch. Which will be before I make mine. School prices are soo expensive, as well as the Hospital, but I believe she gets a discount. I don't know where her bento box is, but I will find it or she can use one of mine.
All my cutters, punchers, picks are pretty much packed but I will make them as beautiful as I can. Sorry that my layout is still ugly, I need to get to that. Please forgive my neglect on my blog.

Teriyaki Bento
Pineapple ring with tomato, peas, corn, chicken teriyaki, strawberry, white rice with little shrimps.
I made chicken teriyaki for dinner on the 5th. We celebrated our Cinco de Mayo on the 4th. I made extra so that my mom could have something for lunch. Normally there's hardly any leftovers.

America's Justice Bento
Toasted ham, turkey and cheese sandwich with a happy spam face, tomatoes, cucumber, raisins, spam lite cubes, string cheese, lettuce, and pineapple.
This bento was made to celebrate the the recently established justice that America has just bee given. I made everything rather quickly. I didn't have a lot of time or materials to make a patriotic lunch. I had a few flag pics left over from the 4th, so I used those. I know it's not July, but I felt that I could use an American flag on account of the situation and the patriotism all around it.
(My dad wanted to bring out the champagne when he found out.)

Inspired Garden Bento
Rolled up turkey, cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cheese sandwich, peas, broccoli, brussel sprout, and grapes.
I was inspired by a garden when I made this. I don't know if it's a garden or not. The sandwich was suppose to be a fence.
I've been using a lot of eggs since Easter, and rolling up deli meats. I think I'll try something else the next time my mom needs a lunch. She's off tomorrow; which I'm happy about.

Chicky Eyes Bento
Lemon asparagus, roasted carrots, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, hawaiian roll, rolled up turkey, raisins, vanilla cookie, wheat thins and ritz crackers.
I couldn't think of a better name for this bento. The eggs look like eyes to me so that's where the name came from.

Easter Flowers Bento
Spinach, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, rolled up hams, carrots and boiled egg as a flower from the star mold.
My mom requested a small lunch as her work sometimes provides snacks or meals on holidays. I wasn't sure what they would be providing so I packed a healthy little lunch. Her work doesn't always tell their employees what they might serve, or if they're serving anything at all. She called and thanked me at lunch time for making her something. That's the whole reason I make bentos. I want my mom to eat healthy, and be happy. She actually appreciates the time and design of everyone. My dad does as well, but it's rare I pack him anything.

My Bento Items
As promised here's a picture of all of my bento items. I had to stand on a chair to take this photo. They where taking up the whole table. Amazingly they all fit on one shelf.
There's more detailed photos on my Flickr.
